Living Off AI is a boutique AI automation and training studio. We design and build end-to-end automation systems, run hands-on workshops, and advise leadership teams on AI adoption. Founded in Rome, operating across Europe and Brazil, working in English, Latvian, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.

Independent collaborator who co-created the AI OS method and co-leads selected international cohorts and projects. He brings 20+ years in marketing, operations and digital businesses, including building and exiting a digital agency.

Maurizio Antonio Panico
Legal Engineer
Maurizio is a dual-qualified lawyer in Italy and Spain and a legal engineer working at the intersection of law, technology, and regulatory compliance. At Living Off AI, he applies that background to AI-powered legal tooling, including a GDPR automation platform that generates DPAs, RoPAs, LIAs, and DPIAs from structured inputs. He is pursuing qualification in England and Wales through SQE2 and works fluently in Italian, English, Spanish, and French.
Fintech and tokenised assets
Law degree from IE Business School in Madrid, specialised in fintech, with a thesis on Security Token Offerings under EU securities law.
Regulatory and data protection practice
At GPD - Troutman Pepper, authored a pro veritate opinion on liquid staking under MiFID II, supported MiFID firm authorisation and EU passporting into Italy, and conducted GDPR due diligence for M&A.
VC and corporate execution
At LVenture Group, led legal execution on roughly 30 venture capital transactions; at Scuola Notarile Napoletana, worked on capital increases, share transfers, and corporate reorganisations through notarial execution.
